Frequently Asked Questions

What are the care instructions? Can I put my glass in the dishwasher?

Yes! Most of our glass can be run through the dishwasher, like heavy tumblers, ice wine/liqueur glasses, stemless wine, pint glasses, and mortar and pestles. That said, any of our larger pieces should be hand-washed – think steins, decanters, and bowls.

Don't use hot liquids in our glassware, but the freezer is okay. Our thicker tumblers retain temperature very nicely, so stick them in the freezer for a chilled beverage that you’d prefer to not water down with ice!

Lastly, please be wary of temperature shock after washing. For example, don’t place ice or cold liquid in your glass until it’s returned to room temperature.

What you do looks pretty epic. Can I try working with glass?
