Shipping Policy
At Studio Vine Glass our goal is to offer the best shipping options, regardless of where you live.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent from the studio for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. It takes an average of 2–4 days for your order to enter the mailing system.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our studio to your destination. Shipping anywhere in North America generally takes approximately 7-14 business days, and 15-30 business days for our international friends. US orders are shipped by box. Please also keep in mind that due to events outside of our control, times may vary from time to time.

We offer free shipping promotions on select products, so be sure to check our site often!
Shipping costs are directly correlated to the size and weight of the parcel and destination.
United States customers may be subject to extra shipping, brokerage, or customs fees.
The readiness of shipping is determined by available stock on hand and can be delayed until stock is replenished.
